Editorial standards

We report from original sources wherever we can: official statements, filings, documents, the people involved and their own channels. A popular post is a lead, not proof.

Articles separate what is confirmed from what someone else reports, what we interpret, and what is still unknown. Claims are attributed to their source in the text.

We do not invent quotations, interviews, product tests or first-hand experience. When we did not watch, test or attend something, we do not write as if we did.

Every article is reviewed and approved by an editor before it is published. If an approved article changes, the new version is reviewed again.

Images and embedded videos are credited to their creators and link to their sources.
